Payment
Piccola Cucina only accepts payments through PayPal. However, you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can still use your Visa or MasterCard.

After you finalize your order and click the "Pay Now" button at the bottom of the online order form, you will be re-directed to the PayPal payment screen. At this point, you can choose either to pay with your PayPal account or you will see the option to pay with a Credit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Once the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email receipt of your purchase and your order will be submitted for processing. If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Shipping
All orders will ship within 2 business days from the date of receipt. All packages will be sent via Canada Post or FedEx.

All orders are sent via standard ground mail, unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred.

Refunds and Exchanges
We take great pride in our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.

Freight Claims
Please check your deliveries immediately and report any damage to us within 7 days. Also, please save all packaging material if you discover your products have arrived damaged.

Delivery Time
Delivery time is generally between 10-12 days from the date of order. Should you require a rush order, a fee may apply. Please submit your request in the Special Instructions box on the Order Form and we will contact you to finalize the expedited shipping details.
